There is nothing more delicious than fresh bread! I use my Electrolux mixer for the mixing portion of it.
Makes 2 Loaves

2  3⁄4cups hot water 100°
1⁄3cup oliveoil
1⁄4 cup honey or maple syrup
7 1/2 cups of fresh ground kamut or spelt flour  (or wheat)
2 tbs of flax meal
1tablespoon sea salt
2 1/2 tablespoons dry active yeast
Directions: important!
My technique is to add all of the ingredients into my mixer except for leaving out half of the flour and leave out the salt.
Start with adding your yeast and your water together in the mixer and let it bubble up for 5 minutes then add in your honey or maple syrup.
Then add in the rest of the ingredients and mix it up. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Then after 1 hour add the other half of your flour and the rest of your salt.
Mix well and let this rest for another hour or until doubled in bulk.
Take it out and knead each bread loaf still soft and silky but do not over knead.
4 min to your brothers and put some oil pan and let rest and rise until tipping the top of the pan.
Bake at 350 till golden brown on top.
I butter the tops of the hot Loaves for softness.
Enjoy with grass fed butter!
