Chicken Cranberry Stew

2 cups of chopped chicken2 quarts chicken broth
1 cup cranberries
1 quart of brand of choice
Salt and pepper, to taste
medium onion, thinly sliced
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
tablespoon minced fresh ginger
Two 3-inch cinnamon sticks
bay leaf
teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon crushed red chile flakes, or to taste
small lemon juice, plus zest

Mix and stew for a few hours! 
Bread or  for serving (optional)
